Credits are a prepaid balance covering a small per-trade execution fee, from 0.02% of trade size. One credit is roughly US$1. Demo and testnet trades are always free, stop-loss orders are never charged, and credits are non-withdrawable.

Testnet bots run on a practice account with synthetic funds. Live bots trade your real exchange balance. Both run the identical code path, and on both a stop-loss the exchange drops is put back automatically — only the venue differs.

Single-token bots for the major alt-coins — one bot per coin, each trading only that coin. They're fed by a Stralines desk rather than a rule you can replay, so they publish live results only and carry no backtest. They have their own plan allowance, separate from your futures bots.

No. Each exchange lists its own set of contracts, and the alt-coin lists differ a lot between them — Binance carries nearly every coin we support, while some venues carry only a handful. Stralines reads each exchange's live instrument list and tells you at deploy time if the coin you picked isn't traded there.

Bring Your Own. A BYO bot runs your own logic — TradingView Pine Script alerts or any generic webhook — rather than one of our pre-built bots. Every BYO bot gets the same stop-loss protection: if the exchange drops a stop-loss, we put it back automatically.

No. All INR prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout for Indian customers. Customers outside India pay in USD with no GST applied.

You're charged the annual total once. The per-month figure shown on the annual view is simply that total divided by twelve, so you can compare it against the month-to-month rate — which works out roughly 17% higher over a year.
