1. What Stralines Is — and Is Not

What Stralines is — and is not. Stralines (operated by Stralines Labs Private Limited) is a software-as-a-service platform providing (1) a no-code strategy builder and backtesting engine, (2) trade-automation software that executes the USER'S OWN configured strategies on the USER'S OWN connected exchange account using the user's own API keys, and (3) analytics dashboards.

Stralines is NOT a broker, dealer, exchange, wallet, custodian, money-services business, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. Stralines NEVER takes custody of user funds or crypto — all assets remain in the user's own exchange account at all times.

Stralines does not buy, sell, or exchange any cryptocurrency or financial instrument itself, and does not provide investment advice or guaranteed-return signals; users configure and control their own automated strategies. Subscription fees are for SOFTWARE ACCESS ONLY.

2. General Risk Warning

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all people. Cryptocurrency and derivatives are highly volatile; prices can move sharply against you in seconds. You may lose all — or, with leverage, more than — your initial capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Before trading, carefully consider your objectives, experience level, and risk appetite.

Any "signals" or "strategies" shown in the Platform are software outputs of the strategy you yourself configured — they are not advice or recommendations to buy or sell, and they do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your capital, your exchange account, your API keys, and every order placed on your behalf by your automated strategies.

3. Leverage Risk

Stralines supports leveraged trading up to 125x on certain exchanges. Leverage amplifies both potential profits and losses. A small price movement can result in proportionally larger gains or losses. You could lose your entire margin balance and may be subject to liquidation without notice.

4. Automated Strategy Risk

Automated strategies execute orders based on the logic you configured. Backtested and past performance does not indicate future results. Market conditions change, and a strategy that was profitable historically may incur losses in live trading. The Platform mechanically executes your configuration; it does not judge whether that configuration is wise for you.

5. Technology Risk

The Platform relies on internet connectivity, exchange APIs, and server infrastructure. Outages, latency, API failures, or software bugs may result in delayed or failed order execution. Stralines is not responsible for losses caused by technology failures beyond our control.

6. Exchange Risk

Your funds and crypto are held in your own account on third-party exchanges (Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, Coinbase). Stralines does not custody any user funds or crypto at any time. Exchange insolvency, hacking, regulatory action, or withdrawal restrictions may result in loss of funds. You are responsible for choosing your exchange and securing your account.

7. Market Risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and operate 24/7. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Flash crashes, manipulation, and extreme volatility events can trigger stop losses or liquidations at unfavorable prices. There is no guarantee that stop-loss orders will execute at the specified price.

8. Regulatory Risk

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and are evolving. Trading crypto futures may be restricted or prohibited in your country. Changes in regulations may affect your ability to trade or access the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

9. No Financial Advice, No Recommendations

Stralines is a software-as-a-service platform that automates the strategies you configure. It is not a trading advisor, investment advisor, recommendation engine, broker, or portfolio manager. Nothing on this Platform — including the Data Agent, the strategy library, strategy statistics, historical performance metrics, monthly reports, or any plan-tier suggestion — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade.

The Platform will not:

Recommend a bot or market
Rank bots by suitability for you
Suggest leverage or position sizing
Predict future profitability or returns
Select what you should deploy

You — the user — choose the bot, exchange, trading pair, leverage, and position size. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Custom (Bring-Your-Own) bots: Custom bots receive signals from sources you configure (TradingView Pine, Python scripts, n8n flows, third-party webhook integrations). The Platform does not author, vet, or validate the logic that produced those signals. You are solely responsible for the correctness of your signal source and any losses arising from it.

Platform-built Pine (no-code bot builder): The Platform offers an in-product bot builder that generates Pine code from indicators and parameters you select. The Platform does not represent, warrant, or imply that any combination of indicators will be profitable, suitable for any market, or appropriate for your risk tolerance. Generated bots carry the same risks as any user-authored signal source — you choose the indicators, parameters, timeframe, swing-lookback, and reward multiple; the Platform mechanically emits the Pine script for those choices and executes the resulting webhook signals. Past output of any indicator combination does not predict its future output. You remain solely responsible for evaluating the bot on a paper/testnet account before promoting it to live trading.

The builder additionally allows you to compose up to three indicators per side (long, short) joined by a single AND or OR. The same liability framing applies: you select the indicators, the joiner, and the parameters; the Platform mechanically emits the Pine. Multi-rule compositions do not improve the Platform's representations about profitability or suitability — every additional rule is a choice you make and a risk you accept.

10. Loss Acknowledgment

By using Stralines, you acknowledge that:

You may lose all of your invested capital, and should only trade what you can afford to lose
Backtested and past performance does not guarantee future results
Leveraged trading amplifies risk of total loss
You — not the Platform — selected every trading parameter (strategy, exchange, pair, leverage, position size)
Signals and strategies shown in-app are software outputs you chose to automate, not advice to buy or sell
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your API keys, and every order placed
Stralines is not liable for any trading losses
