2. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, using your selected payment method, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed thereafter; you are not charged again.
3. Refunds
Because fees are for access to software that is made available immediately, software-access fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, including for partially used periods. We honour refunds where required by the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, and we may, at our discretion, grant a refund or credit for a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a documented inability to access the service caused by us. 4. Consumed credits
Platform credits (consumed as entry and exit fees as your strategies trade) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
5. Currency, taxes, and chargebacks
Prices may be shown and charged in your local currency where supported; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly rather than raising a chargeback. 6. How to request a refund or cancel
