Terms of Service — Stralines

1. Acceptance of Terms

Stralines Trade ("Stralines", "the Platform") is operated by Stralines Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India in 2026 ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Stralines Is — and Is Not

What Stralines is — and is not. Stralines (operated by Stralines Labs Private Limited) is a software-as-a-service platform providing (1) a no-code strategy builder and backtesting engine, (2) trade-automation software that executes the USER'S OWN configured strategies on the USER'S OWN connected exchange account using the user's own API keys, and (3) analytics dashboards.

Stralines is NOT a broker, dealer, exchange, wallet, custodian, money-services business, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. Stralines NEVER takes custody of user funds or crypto — all assets remain in the user's own exchange account at all times.

Stralines does not buy, sell, or exchange any cryptocurrency or financial instrument itself, and does not provide investment advice or guaranteed-return signals; users configure and control their own automated strategies. Subscription fees are for SOFTWARE ACCESS ONLY.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency futures in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Your account is pending until approved by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is limited to 3 active sessions.

5. Strategy Automation Software

The Platform executes the automated strategies you configure — whether built with the no-code strategy builder or connected from your own external signal source — by routing the resulting orders to your own connected exchange account. Stralines does not generate trading advice or recommendations and does not decide what, when, or how much you trade. You acknowledge that:

Past performance, including backtested results, does not guarantee future results
All trading involves risk of financial loss; you may lose some or all of your capital
Strategy performance metrics (win rate, return, drawdown) are based on historical backtests and may not reflect live trading outcomes
You are solely responsible for your strategy configuration, risk-management settings, and every order placed
Stralines is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the Platform

6. Exchange Connections

When you connect your exchange API credentials, they are encrypted using AES-256-GCM (authenticated encryption) and stored securely. You must use API keys with trade-only permissions — never enable withdrawal permissions. Your funds and crypto remain in your own exchange account at all times; Stralines never takes custody of them and will never access your exchange funds beyond executing the orders your configured strategies generate.

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are for software access only. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processors (Razorpay; Stripe pending) and may also be funded via supported on-chain methods. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Free plan (Explorer) is available with limited features. Discounts may be offered at our discretion.

8. Credit System

Credits are deducted as signal fees: an entry fee when a trade opens and an exit fee on each take-profit fill (both a percentage of trade size; stop-loss exits are free). Fee rates depend on your loyalty tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Demo (testnet) trades are not charged. Admin may grant bonus credits at their discretion.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform software, (b) share your account credentials, (c) use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities, (d) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, (e) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Stralines Labs Private Limited is not liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses from trading, (b) exchange downtime or API failures, (c) signal delays or execution failures, (d) unauthorized access to your exchange account. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months. 11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, all automated strategies will be stopped and open positions will not be managed.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you hold under your local law, the courts of Thoothukudi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform. If you use the Platform from outside India, you retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms removes those rights. 13. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
